mU cHuAn
At first, Joyce and I wanted to ask Adeline out. But Adeline wasn't free.Later in the afternoon, we decided to go Mu Chuan at night. We made enquiry regarding the opening hours, and made a reservation for 6 at 7.30pm.
Sufen and i met up at Clarke Quay MRT.As the time is still early, we walked along Eu Tong Xuan Jie. We bought some Dian Xin from
Pau Dian store. *too hungary*
The performance starts at 8pm, Joyce and the others made it juz in time.Joanna was a bit late. The lights was dim for the performance and the service staff could not see joanna making signals that she required their service.*Joanna was dump hungary and thirsy*
We left Mu Chuan at 10plus, the whole performance was not too good.I felt like i was listening to the radio, not much interaction between the singers and the audience.Only one or two can really sing.* Was i expectation too high?*
We proceed to
Clarke Quay - Boat Quay. I finally know where crazy elepaht was located. Yippie!
The whole place was filled with music and people. We chose the
Coffee Connection to have our drinks. Coffee Connection was in between crazy elepant and other "HawaLii" pub. There was a guy who sang his native song live. Cool.
Sitting next to the Singapore River, enjoyed the mixture of music (from the crazy elephant and Hawali pub), the atmosphere is so much better than at Mu Chuan.Sufen, joanna and i went off at 12.40pm taking NR7 home. NR7 only operate on fri,sat and the eve of public holiday.WHY?
Ps. A Ang Mo approach us, asking Joyce to join him at his table.Hmm. what was he thinking..he is drank!
