I'm sick.......... having this sore throat...its painful even to swallow..didn;t sleep well at night.

Went to e doc only in the afternoon...no chocolate, no ice cream, no fried stuff, no oily stuff, no chilli.... i alreadly lost my mood.

Luckily i not working 2day....finish up the Jin San Shun dvd, doze off due to the effects from the medicine.
